Every week Edesia produces 800 metric tons of Plumpy’Nut and other foods to help to prevent malnutrition. Every year they make up to 88 million pounds of life-saving food at the factory in Rhode Island – using peanuts from Georgia, milk from Wisconsin, soy from Iowa, and other commodities from 15 states. When they fight hunger abroad, they strengthen American jobs, American agriculture, and American security.
