The mail-in Market starts Monday November 11 and ends Wednesday November 20.

TAKE THESE STEPS:

LEARN about the charities on this website

PRINT out the shopping list

MARK the gifts you want to give

TALLY your total gift amount

FILL in contact information on the bottom of the shopping list

WRITE a check to UUFF-AGM

MAIL the completed form and your check by November 20 to:

UUFF-AGM will mail the money to the charities you chose and you may receive a receipt if you send us a stamped self-addressed envelope.. Print a gift announcement to insert in a card you mail to the people you are honoring with your gifts. Find gift announcements page under "MORE".
